[Deadbushia - Shallow Depths]

Great song! Dunno why, but my mind is always trying to imagine what would fit for what I'm hearing at the moment, and gotta say: I'm luvin' it! In the second part the kicks have different volumes, that sounds like a heart beat, the melodies sound like a person singing. Could be an actual song, with a vocalist and all that. And that sound at 00:52 sounds interesting. But imo the kicks at the part where the loop ends are a bit unnecessary- maybe space them out more or have the hi-hats do the pattern from your intro.
Again, it's just my opinion, so I advise that you stick to your ways and don't listen to someone who doesn't have any idea what they're saying or doing (a.k.a. me)

Thanks for this response as well! Im used to making actual songs instead of video game loops, which is why it seems like a real song. Also the beat at the end is for looping purposes. I thought the loop sounded better with them at that part at the end. But I might try adding a different beat. Thanks again!

That is a good start, better than what I started off with. But you really need to work on a few things: that "Ooh yeah" is good, but there's too much of it- maybe it'll sound better if it was like a pre-drop phrase. Also, random buildups. I'll admit that I too can't choose a good place for it, but it probably comes with practice, so we are both in the same boat here.

That's pretty amazing! Wish I could do something like that. Though, that build up on 00:43 felt kinda dry- I recommend adding filter sweep to the claps, maybe add some elements that pitch up, to create sort of tension and resolution.
But hey, maybe that would not work for the mood of the game you're making! Wish you good luck with your work

Thanks! The game is a mining game, and this is the song for when you are deep in the mine- around a uranium level (hint, hint). And yes, the build up is that way for the mood. I tried it many other ways, but I liked this one the best. I also uploaded another song from the game im working on, maybe you could give feedback on that? (It would be heavily appreciated :P)
